BACK | HOME

6th edition - July 2005

Hi everyone.

"Jack is back!" If you haven't seen the movie, perhaps you sleep better at night and therefore shouldn't worry about what I am on about. It has been a while (the last newsletter was in August 2004 for the newcomers), but we are back in business updating the website.

So what's to talk about? How about the property market in NSW:

- The average value of a NSW home loan falls to $254,260.
- Average monthly loan repayments fall to $1782.
- Median NSW family income rises to $1129 a week.
- 36.4% of NSW family income spent on home loan repayments.
- Median price of a Sydney house rises to $511,000.
